Kiwi Looking Innocent

Quotation MarksDo not be fooled by that sweet innocent look that says, “Me? I would not even insult a single blade of grass much less hurt it.” All I can say is, “Thank goodness the Sumbanese Citron-crested Cockatoos do not travel in great flocks (as do the Australian Sulphur-crested Cockatoos), because surely no seed, nut, flower, or plant would survive even one afternoon of their attention.” Do you doubt me? I will post a series of before and after photos of just what one determined cockatoo can do. For now, check out this poor little hibiscus flower’s corpse after a five minute encounter with the lovable Lady Kiwi.
